You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Return & Exchange Policy
We understand that there are occasions you may want to return an item. If you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days for a full refund, excluding original delivery fees.

You will need to cover the the cost of returning products to us.
we can only accept returns with original packaging.
Please provide proof of purchase with your original receipt and ensure products are returned in original packaging.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us with in 24 hours at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All items must be returned in a saleable condition if products are not we will be unaable to refund.
Please measure your space accurately before ordering.
