UK ORDERS:
UK orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class Tracked Delivery.
Shipping cost is £4.99 per order.
You should receive your order within 3 to 5 working days.
Free shipping on all UK orders Over £50
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked.
Shipping cost is £20 per order*.
*If there are any extra courier charges, these will need to be settled by the
customer when the order is collected or delivered.

Please note you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning product(s) over £75 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We understand that there are occasions you may want to return an item. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days for a full refund, excluding original delivery fees.

You will need to cover the the cost of returning products to us.
we can only accept returns with original packaging.
Please provide proof of purchase with your original receipt and ensure products are returned in original packaging.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us with in 24 hours at batterseahuttons@gmail.com.
All items must be returned in a saleable condition if products are not we will be unaable to refund.
Please measure your space accurately before ordering.
