All of our orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class Recorded (Signed For) Delivery.

Please note you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning product(s) over £75 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We understand that there are occasions you may want to return an item. If you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days for a full refund, excluding original delivery fees.

You will need to cover the the cost of returning products to us.
we can only accept returns with original packaging.

Please provide proof of purchase with your original receipt and ensure products are returned in original packaging.
