RETURNS

We want to thank you for shopping online at huttonsdirect.com and hope you have had a satisfying experience.

If however you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return it, we offer a refund or exchange on most items provided they are returned in original sales condition with all tags and labels attached.

Please see below for policy details:

·Refunds or exchanges are accepted on regular price items (with the exception of items listed below) returned in original sales condition within 28 days of purchase

  • Refunds or exchanges are accepted on sale items (with the exception of items listed below) returned in original sales condition within 7 days of purchase
  • All returns must be accompanied by a completed return form, found at the bottom of the packing slip. Please be sure to fill in all sections, detach from the packing slip and include with the item when posting it to the returns address below.
  • NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGE on earrings, toiletries, cosmetics, and hair and body accessories due to hygiene concerns
  • Return postage must be paid by the customer (unless item is damaged or faulty) and use of a registered postal service is recommended
  • Huttons is not responsible for the loss or damage during transit of returned items
  • If the item is received damaged or faulty, the customer must contact Huttons by email or phone within 48 hours of receipt and will then receive further instructions
  • Refund will be made through original payment method
  • Refunds for online purchases are not accepted at our stores. Please be advised however that as we can only process a refund for an online purchase through the original online payment method, it may take up to 7 days for the customer to receive it.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
